Information Systems

We maintain a consistent program by developing the information needed to be efficient with the managed care organizations. A contract grid is developed for each facility and is updated monthly. A bi-annual managed care newsletter is sent to all locations. Upon joining our Network, we will conduct trainings and provide access to our managed care forms and processes. Importance announcements or notices are sent out as needed.

Provider Contract Lists are jointly developed for the facilities to market their contracts to hospitals, physician offices and home health offices. CEU Luncheon Presentations for the MCO case managers are presented on behalf of the USMCS, LLC Network. Educational opportunities are available via webinar or on site and customized to the facility needs.

Case Management Education

USMCS, LLC works to orient your staff to Managed Care. For optimum efficiency, we suggest each facility have a trained Managed Care Point Person. A Five Form Case Management tools have been developed to be utilized by the facility for their case management processes leading success and profitability. We work with each facility to assess and to ensure rates & exclusions are optimized.
